Pig’s Ear Fest. Cask. Hazy gold beer, bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light and sweetish malts, smooth. Orange peel and tangerine hops. Whisper of apple. Mild hop spice. Light dry finish. Actually quite drinkable despite the apple flaw.
