Cask (gravity) @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, toasted - caramel, light hoppy, fruity, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111206]

Cask at the Pig’s Ear 2011, London. Pours clear gold with a fine head. Apple juice nose. Light sweet flavor, juicy, with some hay bitterness. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Sweet, apple-esque juice finish. Odd, though still drinkable.

Cask at Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, London. Hazy bronze colour. Hay-like fruity nose. Medium-light bodied with well rounded mouthfeel. Floral hay, some caramel. Mid bitter finish.
