Cask at source. Mostly clear yellow / golden coloured pour with a lasting thon white froth. Aroma is subdued, light grains, apple pie. Little custard note on the nose. Flavour is composed of wheaty grains, tangy apple, little grain tannin. Little harsh bitterness in the finish. Palate is light, bit watery, lowish cask condition. Meh. Lingering lemon curd.

Cask at the brewpub. It pours lightly hazy gold with a decent, bubbly white head. The nose is soft, bready, mild sweetness, grainy, stewed fruits and light plastic. The taste is tart initially, some acidity, then orange peel, toasty grain, wheaten bread, green vegetables, soap and pepper with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Messy and hard to drink. Not sure how long this has been but this shizzle is infected. Not good at all.

Cask at the brewpub. Almost clear paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth with very modest carbonation. Light malts, mildly sweet and not that wheaty. Mild esters and floralness. Trace of citrus orange. Light finish. Clean but quite wishy washy.
