Keg at GBBF 2015 - London. Pours clear, bright yellow with a creamy, white head. The nose holds dried wheat, green pepper, elderflower. Lightly sweet with notes of dry wheat bread, light bitter straw, more green pepper, a little grassy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with simple wheat bread and green pepper. OK stuff.

GBBF Day 4. Keg. Hazy yellow gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and crispy. Smooth malts, some sweetness, cream and lactose. Modest orange and lemon citrus. Elderflower? A bit of floralness is your lot. Crisp dry finish. Okay.

Keg at gbbf 2015 day 4. Thanks Chris. Aroma is tart doughy grainy, wheaty, translucent yellow straw fine white head. Flavour us spicy floral. Wheaty grains, little sweet, flabby grains. Palate is refreshing. Highish carbonation, some stale grains.
