Keg at Mother Kelly’s. It pours clear deep amber with a small white head. The nose is rich, woody, leather, light spice, light candy cane, dried fruits and a touch of booze. The taste is smooth, woody, earthy, plenty of dark fruits, vinous, cherry, cranberry, jammy, oak, vanilla, sherbet, gummy bears with a smooth, woody finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Rather tasty and unique. Very fruity stuff. Nice work.

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Lightly hazy amber beer, short lived pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry with good fine carbonation. Tangy fruits. A very light touchnof gueuzey sourness and wet wood. Smooth oaky sweetness dominates, touhch of vanilla. Moderately tart.finish with mild citric peel. Nicely joined up. I had 6 beers on the bar and this was the one I kept coming back to.
