Bottle 11/125, didn’t realise this was so rare. Opaque dark brown beer, good bubbly pale tan head. Very nice vanilla oak nose, along with a little woody chocolate. Palate is semi dry with mild fine carbonation. Smooth and dry dark malts, mild roasty note. Mild wood. The vanilla doesn’t carry over very much from the nose. A light bourbon like tang. Closes with woody bitterness. Nice beer but the nose outranks the flavour.
