Intensely hopped with the exciting Dr Rudi hop variety from New Zealand and fermented with a Belgian Saison yeast, this ale is hard to classify. It has a bitter-sweet marmalade flavour gently overlaid by a wild Belgian character, like a farmhouse ale. Is it a saison or an IPA? Who cares if it tastes good. This was designed by innovative London Brewer Angelo Scarnero in collaboration with Poppyland brewery.

Thanks to the ever generous Angelo for this bottle. Very hazy gold beer with a good off white head. Mildly crisp palate. Herbs, fairly strong, whisper of soap. A light floral fruit underneath. Dry yeast. Touch of nuts and a twist of lemon before the dry finish. Hangs together well.
