Cask @ Baum, Rochdale. Potent, clear golden cider with lots of apple in its nose, dry and stated in its taste - strong tasting too with a sweetness.

BIAB at Bishop Auckland food festival 2017. Orangey amber colour, no head and mellow apple aroma. Taste is musty apple, some tartness, vinegar and barnyard notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannins at the finish. Quite drinkable

@ GBBF 2014. Quite dark in the glass. Very smooth and fresh beginning. Nice tannins there, together with a smooth woodiness. Fruity tart apples. The mainpart has ripe apples, earthy tannins, nice dry and fruity. The aftertaste is a bid acidic, earth, wood and nice dry ripe apples. Great combination!
