Pigs Ear. Light haze on this gold beer, bubbly white head. Palate is light and dry. Good fine carbonation. Smooth pale malt, touch of malt sweetness. Well balanced citrus and marmalade. Little floralness. Light finish. Pretty decent and very drinkable.

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2013. It pours clear golden with a small white head. The nose is hay, straw, earth, toast, grain and some citrus. The taste is crisp, floral, citrus peel, earth, hay, toast and straw with a dry, lightly bitter finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Good balance and very drinkable.
