Pigs Ear. Murky amber - brown beer. Small pale cream coloured head. Palate is smooth and slightly soft. Good fine carbonation. Sweetish malts. Nice generic fruits, cherry identifiable. Mellow lactose and cream. Light dry finish. Tasty.

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2013. It pours hazy deep brown with a small beige. The nose is earth, must, candy, spice, caramel, dried berry and toffee. The taste is bitter-sweet, caramel, cherry, kirsch, earth, toffee, candy, dried fruit and some alcohol with a dry finish. Medium+ body, fine carbonation and oily mouth-feel. Solid stuff. Very drinkable.
