Lightly hazy amber beer with a small bubbly pale tan head. Light dry palate. Light toffee in the malt. Rich ginger but not too much heat. The ginger starts to turn a little bitter. Finishes neutral. Not bad.

Draft at the Dark Horse 4 Elf Party, December 2012 as "Ginger in Your Pants," but presumably the same beer. Murky medium to dark orange-brown body, no head. Spicy nose. Body begins bitter and spicy, leading to lemony, medicinal ginger notes. Long, bitter finish. Dry and rich. Quite good.

Sampled from the tap at NotB. Poured hazy deep amber with a deep red hue with a thick yellowish gray head that lasted throughout the beer. Aroma had a good amount of ginger with a slight hop presence, sweet grains and a bit of a barrel backing. Flavor started with lots of ginger that mellows allowing a bit of hop to come out with a finish of sweet bread and barrel.
