Craft Islington. Cask. Clear deep amber beer, little pale cream coloured head. Smooth and softish palate. Semi dry. Over ripe oranges. Touch of spice and floralness. Dry malt underneath. Dry finish. I5’s a bit chewy and ripe but okay.

Cask at CBC Clerkenwell - London. Pours clear, golden-brown with a fine, creamy head. Piney hops in the nose, some toasty bread, toasty sugars, dirt, faint caramel. Medium sweet flavor with strong, sticky pine, toasted brown bread, leaves, light caramel and baking cocoa. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, some mildly resinous pine, lots of sugary orange, pectin, bread. Decent stuff overall.
