Cask at the Tap East brewpub. Clear gold beer, little off white head. Light dry palate with fine carbonation. Floral hops with Sorachi bitter lemon and fresh orange and orange pith. Trace of bubblegum ester. Finishes smooth with reasonable bitter linger. Nicely joined up. Too many brewers scared of Sorachi Ace - glad Jim Wilson isn’t!
