Rake cask. Chestnut brown slight haze, whispy long lasting head. Aroma is kafir lime, coconut and cara malt. Flavour is big sorachi ace like thai flavours. Sweet initially with a dry wish bitter finish. Lychee in the finish

Cask at the Rake - Borough Market, London. Pours clear russet with a slight, filmy head. A bit juicier than the other versions, the oak is slightly less obvious, some sugary fruits, low bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly sticky sweet finish with ripe fruits, slight orange and other juicy citrus, mild warmth. Very nice. Pretty dynamic.

Beer launch at the Rake. This was on sale at the same time as the regular version and labelled differently. Clear amber beer, little pale tan head. Palate is smooth and slightly dry. Creamy malt, a little dry. Touch of vanilla. Really nice sweetish citrus plus peach and mild red berry fruits. Dry and slightly woody finish. A fine and tasty beer! Very different from the other two versions.
