Cask at the Brewpub. Pretty hazy amber beer, good pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and semi dry, fine carbonation. Mild dry malt, touch of toffee. Good but light Sorachi Ace hops - lemon cream, lemon sherbet and lesser sweet bubblegum. Touch of herb as well. Finishes remarkably crisp for a cask beer. Good stuff!
