17/01/2020. Cask at the 11th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours clear ruby brown with a small bubbly off-white head. aroma of malt, biscuit, hops, caramel and fruit. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Sweet malty and fruity finish. Pretty decent.

Cask-conditioned at the Prince of Wales, Chippenham 7/12/2018. Deep amber in colour with a frothy, off-white, head. A malty beer, with some leafy hops, dark fruit, caramel, bready malts and a moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Cask at Gallows Bird, Espoo. Color is reddish ruby with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Berries, red berries, dryness and malts. Vineous elements.

Amber-brown, fruity and slightly caramelly nose. Sweet caramel taste with pronounced yeast fruitiness. Ok brown bitter.

Cask at the Pembury Tavern, London - shared with Jack. Pours clear, dark gold with a creamy, off-white cap. Light toasty dough malt nose. More toasty dough in the flavor, along with some light berries and earthy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet finish with brown bread and toasted sugars. Decent.

Cask (handpump) @ Pembury Tavern, 90 Amhurst Road, Hackney, London, Greater London, England E8 1JHClear medium to dark brown amber colour with a small to average, fizzy, good - fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, wood, tobacco, sweet wood, light nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111228]
