Cask (handpump) @ Pembury Tavern, 90 Amhurst Road, Hackney, London, Greater London, England E8 1JHClear medium orange colour with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, caramel, riped fruit, sugar, light moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, riped fruit, apple sweet sugar, spicy alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20111205]

Chelmsford Winter Fest. Clear gold beer. Malty sweetness, a little bubblegum. Turns to marmaladey orange and a little brandy. Pretty dry palate. Not a subtle beer.

Cask at Pembury Tavern, Hackney, London. Lightly hazy deep bronze colour. Rich wild strawberry aroma. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Sweaty hay and ripe fruits, loads of caramel. Slight salty finish with medium bitterness. Quite heavy.

Cask@Live And Let Live, Cambridge. Hazy deep orangeish amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is quite strong on the alcohol along with some sweet malts, and fruity hops. Flavour is the same along with some mild honey as well. Overly sweet.

On tap at the Oakdale Arms Beer Fest, Feb. 21 2005. Murky orange amber ale with no head. Good malty aroma and light hops with apples/pears notes. Malt with fruity esters, apples and alcohol comming in discreetly. Medium bodied.
