Crosse Keys Spoons. Light haze on this gold beer. Decent white head. Light dry palate with a little fine carbonation. Bare whisper of sulphur but it’s bearable. Bitter floral hops with some mild citrus. Bitter dry finish. A bit too astringent.

Cask at the Crosse Keys, JDW, London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Crispy straw and citrus nose. Medium sweet flavor with notes of grass, lemon rind, light grain and toasty straw. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Light sticky finish with floral hops, grass, dirt and straw. Very nice beer.
