On tap at the King William. Thought this might be Stella for Breakfast re-badged but the abv is 0.9 higher and it’s not as aggressive as Stella. Opaque black beer, little bubbly tan head.Smooth semi dry palate. A modicum of carbonation. Palate is, comparatively at least, thin. Mildly roasted dark malts. Trace of coffee. Pleasant hop bitterness with nice generic fruits. Finishes smooth and dry with hop and malt bitterness.
