On tap at Brew Wharf. It pours clear amber, with a foamy white head and soft carbonation. The nose is mozzarella, wood, orange, roasted malt and yeast. The taste is chewy, resin, orange, mango, grapefruit, lychee, caramel, brown bread, toast and some soap, with a long bitter-woody finish. It’s smooth and easy to drink.

Clear amber beer, good head that is slightly off white. Light softish palate. Mild carbonation. Sweet light malt with subtle sweet caramel. Followed by good fruity hops that are mildly sweet. Mango and pineapple. Sweetish finish. Another good un from Brew Wharf.
