Hazy orange - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and a little crisp. Light thin malts. Strong dry orange with both pith and peel. Little lemon and hop spice. Floralness with a very light trace of soap. Dry bitter finish with a long bitter linger. Good stuff, could do without the soap though, light as it is, and it’s a tad dry.

Bottle from Beer Central, Sheffield. Cloudy, orange squash colour. Thin, and bubbly, sticky, lasting, white head. Ripe, slightly fusty mandarin. Pink grapefruit. Lime juice. Damp, sweet malt in there, too. Soft carbonation seems to complement the fustiness going on. (I’m not averse to the fusty thing. It sits well). Taste is fresh, zesty, big pithy bitterness. Light dryness, too. Long, pithy bitter finish. Tasty beer. Like this brewer a lot.
