A leaking bottle, fortunately retaining carbonation. Hazy orange - amber beer, small white head. Palate is light and crisp. Very light malt. Startlingly vibrant fruity hops. Orange and orange peel. Lemon rind. Little sherbet. Marmalade and a trace of grapefruit. Finishes light and crisp with a marmalade peel bitter linger. North Riding have an uncanny ability to take the most fruity aspects of hops and write them large in their beer. A little malt sweetness would not go amiss but another winner from this brewpub.

Bottle from Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy, pale orange. Thin, tight, lasting, white head. Digestive biscuit. Peach. Pear. Light grapefruit. Taste is fruity, with a hint of banana ester. Then medium bitter pithiness. Medium bitter finish, with the fruitiness hanging around. High on the quaffability scale.
