A Fruity Sour Farmhouse Ale brewed with Màger. As a great singularity in its elaboration, wild ferments have been used, specially selected by us from a blend from various barrels of Penedès wine, combined with an open fermentation process.
Rosé beer with little persistent white foam, silky on the palate and light in body. The aroma and taste are dominated by the citrus and red fruit notes provided both by the wild yeasts and lactic ferments of the fermentation and by the blueberries and raspberries used in its elaboration. We also find acetic, vanilla and wood notes from the blend with 9 months aged beer in red wine barrels.

750ml bottle. A Xmas gift off of Hydes. Good lad that lad. Pours a hazed, blush pink, with a fine white head. Nose has raspberry yoghurt. Vanilla. Touch of vinous oak. Taste has nicely fruity sweetness, with a juicy, lightly puckering tartness. Clean and very refreshing. Sharp and bright carbonation. Clean and juicy finish. Not massively complex, but really very enjoyable.
