999g/l Stevnsbær Cherry is a limited-edition release, created using whole Stevnsbær sour cherries from Frederiksdal’s first organic orchard. We’ve taken the legal maximum amount of fruit we could use while still calling this product a beer, and fermented it on our strong golden sour base beer to deliver an intense and unforgettable sour.
Expect rich aromas of cherry, and deep, delicious flavours of the soft fruit.

Bottle thanks to my bro. It pours dark crazy deep red - purple a quickly dissipating pink head. The aroma is sweet, ripe, juicy, a shit tonne of cherry, tangy, almond, Bakewell tart, touch of must, very jammy, vinous and fizzy cherry cola bottles. The taste is sweet - sour, juicy, very jammy, slick, oily, vinous, layers of intense cherry, fizzy cherry bottles, Bakewell tart, cherry wine, touch of almond and only a vague hint of that ballsy alcohol with a tangy charry finish. Medium+ body, fine fizzy carbonation and slick, oily mouth feel. Intense and pretty damn tasty. Not a huge amount of depth because there is so much god damn fruit. Fun and dangerously drinkable.
