9th October 2008. GABF. Clear brown beer. Sweet malty wheat. Tastes like it’s bourbon barrel aged. Whiskey and wood flavours. Dry finish. Strong flavour. Nice.

Tap at the downtown location - hazy reddish beer with stick lace - quite a fruity aroma, with some light touches of wheat, citrus tanginess, and apparent alcohol - alcohol dominates the flavor as well, and burns from start to finish - mostly sticky, fruity sweetness, without enough wheat character or tanginess from the aroma to balance it out - sweet and boozy - I like big beers, but the alcohol is too strong in this one.
