Bermondsey bimble with Fin. Bottle at Eebria. Light haze on this gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Light malts, mildly sweet. Little lime and lemon. Fair amount of chilli burn. Not something I would normally like but it kinda works here. Light finish. Chilli linger.

Keg at The Twisted Barrel Brewery Tap, Coventry, Friday 8th July 2016 Pours hazy sunshine gold with a slim white head atop. Soft in the mouth, initially it is a little warming but pleasantly so. The smokiness and chipotle are both very nice, it’s all done very well and integrates nicely but ultimately you know it is a Saison, the Saison yeast and flavours come through well. A6 A5 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8
