An Amarillo-hopped pale ale with lactose, fermented with US yeast, with fresh mango puree added to the fermenter. Not for you if you like your beer crystal clear.
It took a long time to ferment, and it also took a long time to carbonate – although it has carbonated far more than usual! It is unfined, hazy, and an interesting colour. Appearing in bottles in the second half of April 2017 – for heaven’s sake don’t open it over your best furniture or carpets!

Hazy gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, reasonable carbonation. Light malts, mildly sweet. Mellow mango dominates, a little sweet. Touch of floral orange provides some dimension. Light semi dry finish. Tidy fruit beer, could perhaps be a little more intense.
