Cask at the Grape and Grain Autumn beer festival, Crystal Palace. Amber pour with a white head. Caramel, nuts and slight hint of coconut aroma. Malts, caramel and light fruit flavours. Doesn’t quite do it for me.

Mahogany brown. Malty fruity aroma. Very silky smooth texture. Fruity flavour with a nice fruity and hoppy aftertaste.

Cask, gravity at Oxford Beer Festival, Fri 28th Oct 2011 Amber in colour with a large bubbly, foamy white head. Little bit of citrus, also a tiny tang of sour fruit, quite bitter, not bad. Tricky to rate stood up in a busy corridor area, holding programme, beer etc. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov12 3.2
