33cl bottle from the Beer52 box for September. A pale straw coloured pour with a loose white head and light carbonation; sweet citrus aroma ioth some straw; lemongrass taste with a yeasty floral background; and a slightly sour finish with a touch of apple. A rather nice Saison.
