Yes a white beer can have temperament! Taste the sweetness of wheat malt ... Like all our beers, it is a craft beer brewed in the tradition of beers from the North of France.

19/IV/16 - 33cl bottle @ home - BB: n/a, fabricée: IX/2014 (2016-367) Thanks to Erwin for sharing the bottle!
Little hazy blond beer, big irregular head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty floral, fruity, some grains, honey, sweet impression. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish impression, citrus, fruity, some banana. Aftertaste: bit sourish, lemony touch, bit fruity, yeast. Very decent witbier! Reminds me a bit of the Blanche de Namur!

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Hazy pale gold lasting thin white head. Some wit beer aroma, Some spice, some orange, some esters. Good in mouth and rather a good wit I thought. I like this style very much and especially when it’s like this. Good light, tangerine orange beer. Decent. Light and refreshing and made my palate wake up.
