Siste 0,33 souvenir fra Madeiraturen okt-25, hjemme: Mørk mahognyfarge med kort skum. Like mørke karameller, honning/muscovadosukker og krydderkake, dog uten at det blir for søtt. En smule underkarbonert, men allikevel et godt eksempel på hvorfor imperial brown ale er en av mine favorittstiler.

Color castaño muy oscuro, casi negro, totalmente opaca, espuma beige cremosa de mediana retención. Aroma muy dulzón a miel oscura, caramelo, melaza, malta tostada, pan negro, arrope. En boca es tremendamente densa, cálida, licorosa, dulce, notas de melaza de caña, Oporto, arrope, Arrop i tallaetes...Trago corto, lento y embriagador.

330 mL can. Pours dark brown, with a small, beige head. The aroma is clover honey, rye toast, dark chocolate, toasted oak, pecan, and coriander. Sweet and sugary, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Heavy body, syrupy, and sharp. We'll made and delicious.
