Our revolving 3-hop series, with the same malt bill and abv every time, but ever-changing hop profiles. For 2018 our focus has been on experimental hops. December’s release, v3.11 sees a UK hop developed by Charles Faram, our main hop supplier: CF160 – she’s a daughter of Jester and has a powerful tropical fruit aroma. Paired here with Melba from Australia to boost the juice and American Nugget for a touch of pine.

Cask @ Strange Brew, Chorlton. Golden with a creamy head. It's slightly dense hoppy with some sugars, and has a fairly suppable strength.
