(bottle) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a short but dense eggshell-coloured foamy head. Citrus-fruity and zesty, slightly flowery hoppy aroma with a moderately sweet (cara-)malty background. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium body with a soft carbonation. Initially (cara-)malt-accented, minimal chalky taste with fruity and spicy hops with a lasting and well-rounded slightly biscuity malty and fruity hoppy finish. Good (09.VIII.09).

[500ml bottle from Dad - cheers!] Pours a slightly cloudy pale amber-orange with a moderate and lasting cream head. Very little carbonation. Fresh honey-sweet aroma with farmyard hints. Flavour is of sweet malt, straw, summer fruits (made me think of nectarines, rather unusually) with some slight notes of garden mint. A good earthy bitter finish. If I hadn’t have known otherwise in advance, I would have thought that this was cask ale - an impressive achievement for what appears to be a pasteurised bottle. A very good beer indeed - recommended.

Bottled@Monks Café, Stockholm. Pale orangeish amber colour with small white foamy head. Aroma is flowery and fruity hops. Flabvour is quite grassy with some wooden and caramelly notes. Rather mouthdrying, yet refreshing session beer.
