Bottle, via the online shop. Pretty stunning, glossy, deep cherry red. Firm, dark pink head is lasting and fully lacing. Has to be a 5 for looks. Nose has Ribena cordial. Jelly cubes. Twang of sour milk. Some squeezy lemon. Taste is tart and dry, with just a smidge of fruity sweetness. Smooth on the palate with fine carbonation. Touch of acidity. Tart and fairly clean finish. Drinks way under the ABV. In fact, it’s like pop. Great stuff.

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours purplish, nose is huge blackcurrant, ribena, funk, taste is tart, juicy, funky.

Draught @ Himmeriget, Copenhagen. Sour, heavy with blackcurrant jammy notes, hints of sweetness and dry notes in the finish. Pretty intense.

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Unclear deep red/ruby with small pink head. Aroma is malt, fruit, lemon, berries and berry stones. Flavour is malt, fruit, berries, citric, sour, lemon, medium sweet, berry stones and a little dry.
