On tap @Sam Beer (Rome). Dorata, appena torbida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di cereali, leggero citrico-erbaceo, anche floreale, bella luppolata. In bocca è equilibrata, con ottima secchezza finale, buona pulizia. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Buona.
