Bottle from Westhill SS. It pours clear mellow gold with a dissipating white head. The aroma is tangy, lemon - lime, earthy, sweaty, savoury character, ginger beer, emmental and herbal vibes. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, lemon - lime, rather, savoury, some minerality /saltiness, nutty emmental, Turkish delight and some floral notes with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Quite unique. Interesting stuff.

Sweet, golden Berliner weisse. Not too tart for me, tangy fruit. Nice tart, lasting finish.
