A pale, lightly coloured beer but of premium strength, with the added kick of a touch of real Jamaican ginger

Huddersfield Oktoberfest 2016. Amber-coloured ale. The ginger is prominent in both aroma and taste, but never overbearing.

Cask gravity at the Watford beer festival 2014. Pale golden coloured pour with a fleeting white head. Aroma is stale ginger nut biscuit, bit spicy. Flavour is horrible alcohol and ginger biscuit, soggy and stale biscuit. Palate is flabby and dull, hot alcohol solvent. Terrible.
