A Bright, Zesty Porter For The Spring & Summer Months.
Named after our Lead Brewer, Euan Summers, this beers concept has been with Blackjack since late 2019 originally a collab with illustrator Paul Hallows the idea to make a Spring Porter packed with orange flavours and aroma. To do this he has brewed with fresh US Amarillo pellets imparting a note of orange nose and zest to a light classic porter body.
Coffee, boozy base on a malt bill of Chocolate, Brown and Crystal Malts. Deep red like a fresh coffee with a tight off white head.

440ml can shared with Bob at my place on 10th June 2025. Ruby hue to the dark brown body, lightly tanned head. Malty with a coffee and chocolate leaning, nice!

Cask @ Cafe Beermoth, Manchester. Very dark with an off-white creamy-frothy head. It’s very mild tasting but a notable enough porter albeit with light roasted malts evident in both aroma and taste.
