Cask at Mad Hatters, Preston. Malty biscuit aroma with sour edge. Marmalade orange. Surprisingly hazy for a bitter. Thin creamy white head. Light bitter, but pretty bitter for a bitter. Light bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation.. Dry finish. Verging in an IPA. Nice.

Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear gold beer, suddy white head. Light dry palate. Sulphur in the honeyish malt. Marmalade hops. Would have been fine but the sulphur ruins it.
