Cask at Mad Hatters, Preston. Malty biscuit aroma with sour edge. Marmalade orange. Surprisingly hazy for a bitter. Thin creamy white head. Light bitter, but pretty bitter for a bitter. Light bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation.. Dry finish. Verging in an IPA. Nice.

500ml bottle. Pours dark gold with a small head. Aroma is straw and tropical fruit. Taste has coconutty tropical fruit to start. Straw finish.

Cask @ City Arms, Manchester. Golden-amber with a small head. Has a decent fusion of malts and fruits in both its nose and taste.

Cask conditioned at Minehead Beer Festival 13/9/2014. Amber with a frothy, off-white, head. Sweet, heavy, cereal malts, a hint of pastiness and syrupy finish. A sink or, to be more accurate, off the end of the train station platform pour.

Cask (gravity) @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111206]

Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear gold beer, suddy white head. Light dry palate. Sulphur in the honeyish malt. Marmalade hops. Would have been fine but the sulphur ruins it.

Cask at Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, London. Bronze colour. Chewy doughy bread, a bit of grass and some crystal malt. Sweet and soft with firm body. Sweaty bitterish finish. A rustic, well drinkable bitter on the sweeter side.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, caramel, earth and some mild yeasty notes. Flavour is caramel, wood, some earth and mild bready notes too. Mild herbal and barky notes towards the finish.
