(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 12 June 2025) Dark red colour with no head. Fruity nose with red berries, cherries and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with notes of red berries, cherries, almonds, earthy barnyard flavours and a touch of vinegar. Low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Rich, tart, funky and fruity. Very nice.

Keg at Akkurat, Stockholm. Clear burgundy colour, small head. Citric nose with earthy dark berries. Citric with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Puckering sour with mild barnyard and vonous, earthy dark berries. Mildly bitter finish. Intense. Lovely.
