Hazy golden-orange colour with a bubbly-frothy, warm off-white head, good retention and lots of smaller spots of soapy lacing. Big citrus nose with tropical fruits, mild wine grapes, oats and a touch of alcohol. The alcoholic mouthfeel gives a little warming, blending with the light grassy bitterness. All-around, still very juicy with the Cashmere giving tropical notes, a tad apples, pears all balanced with the milder Nelson Sauvin that gives vinous hints. Quite a good juicy, hazy, fruity, warming NEIPA.

Arômes citriques et tropicaux relevant des notes de pamplemousse, de citron une touche d’alcool et une impression de bonbon sucré. Liquide jaune orangé flou et opaque, se couvrant d’une mousse d’épaisseur et de ténacité moyenne. Entrée de bouche intensément fruitée et sucrée avec des notes d’orange et de pamplemousse bien évidentes. On y trouve également de la pêche, une panoplie d’accents tropicaux et un fond très discret de vin blanc. La base maltée apporte un aspect de pain sucré à l’ensemble. Une NEIPA extrêmement sucrée, intensément fruitée et bien au-delà de mes espérances. Pour un gars qui ne voulait plus rien savoir de ce style, je pense que je vais m’y réconcilier.
