On tap at the brewery. Gold with a slight haze lasting white head. Ok ester flavour. It’s a light ester lemon curd hefe. Quite authentic. Good peach flavour on the finish. Good hop sting. Good without winning me over and I do like hefe.

Draft at London Fields Brewery in Hackney, London on 13 July 2013. Poured a hazy orange with a thin white head, which dissipated quite quickly. Good strong aroma or orange peal, candy peal and cloves. Fruity orange and tropical fruit flavours mixed with grainy wheat notes. One of the best British wheat beers I’ve had.

Tap at the Holborn Whippet - 11/09/12. Slightly hazy light golden orange witha decent off-white head. Lots of lacing ensued. Nose comprised banana, clove, pears and toffee. Taste largely follows, not getting pears but also get a little bread and buttery popcorn. Medium bodied with a medium to medium high level of carbonation leading to a sweet and dry finish. Not bad at all for a newish London brewer, beats a number of examples of this style I can recall drinking in Deutschland!
