500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat, Sandnes. ABV is 7.5%. Dark copper colour, moderate off-white head. Strong aroma of smoke / smoked meat. The flavour is smoked sausage on a medium sweet and lagerish flavour, some acidity. Nope, this is not a beer for me. Fail.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty grainy smoky aroma. Sweetish malty grainy smoky flavor with hints of caramel. Has a sweetish malty grainy smoky finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is roasted malty. Smoked and bacon. Light citric, dark meaty smoked. Lingering meaty and smoked. Citric.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a tiny off-white head. Thick and greasy baconish smoke in the nose - thick and rubbery. Medium body, some caramel, again thick smoke but also a distinct tartness that clearly shouldn’t be there. 110113

Flaske 0,5l spandert av Rune og delt med ham og vasken under rateseanse i WCveien 4 Okt 12. Dyp brun. Litt uklar. Medium høyt tett skum som fester seg litt til glasset. Aroma av røkt lær. Smaken er en kollisjon mellom frukt og røyk med en kvalmende ettersmak. Tungdrikkelig.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks Hansen & Zita for this bottle! Hazy amber. Smokey aroma with some sausages, malt, caramel and a bit of nutty notes. Sweet flavor, malty and caramelly, with decent smokiness and a drier finish. Medium-bodied. Decent.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium to dark red amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, smoke - plastic, wood, oak, sugar. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, smoke, plastic. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120915]
