Sample at Mandag i Annen, Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 9.5%. Black colour. Aroma of roast malts, molasses, caramel, chocolate, vanilla, chili, oak and bourbon. Sweet (but not cloying) flavour with the same elements.

Poured from 375mL bottle at Black Xmas. Black with minimal beige head. Chocolate, bourbon, mild spice, a bit too boozy, unbalanced.

En fût à la brasserie. Excellent équilibre entre piment et style de base. Bien équilibrée. Chocolatée, amertume franche de torréfaction. Bourbon bien en évidence.
