Fall version, at the brewery. Pours a hazy-ish, orange color, with a fair, frothy, white head. The aroma is grapefruit, spruce, peach, leather, and bay. A bit dry, musty, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Medium body, crisp, and sharp. Nice, quality, and aromatic.

Can. hazy yellow pour with a small white head that soon recedes to a fine scum. The aroma is medium in strength with grapefruit and pine. The taste, like the aroma, features pine and grapefruit. The palate is full and viscous. Finishes long and semi-sweet with lingering bitter hops. Alcohol is well hidden, goes down easy. Overall: Decent DIPA, paired well with some Manchego cheese.

I believe I had this on tap. Opaque, dark orange color and a thick, lacing head. Hops in the aroma, pine and citrus. More pine here, some flowers, medium sweet. Heavy palate, which is fine for the style. This is not overly sweet like so many double IPAs
