A spicy yet refreshing light saison. Lightly seasoned with Timut & Szechuan pepper, mustard seeds, juniper and of course we did not forget a Brouwerij de Molen amount of tasty hops. An easily drinkable - all season - saison.

Bottle at home. Aroma is spicy, peppery, yeast, malt, touch of mustard seed and more spices but not over the top. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Nicely balanced and drinkable, just the right level of spices for my taste.

Bottle. Golden color. Hints of orange and chloride in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with orange peel, citrus, slightly soapy. Floral. Decent.

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy amber orange color with medium soapy off-white head, yeast residue and average sparkling appearance. Aroma is yeasty, musty, funky, caramelly and spicy. Taste starts mild sweet and sour grainy, following is yeasty, peppery, herbal and mild medicinal, mouthfeel is crisp and dry, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and lively carbonation in palate. Farewell to winter...

Almost clear amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Floral hop. Notable herb. Dry thin finish. Standard saison, didn’t get any added spice.

The juniper and peppers come through quite strongly for me. I don't think it's an easy drinking beer, but it's overall good for just one. 2016 advent calendar.

Bottled on 06/10/16. Beautiful foam and carbonation. Taste is very dry, slighty bitterness, some heat and spice in aftertaste. Not typical.

Bottle. Golden orange pour. Aroma of yeast, mild peppers, spices and juniper. Taste has sweet juniper, subtle peppers, spice, yeast and a nice soft pepper afterburn. Nice one.

Bottle - Sweet herbal notes. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Sweet, herbal and weird piney notes. Very sweet and herbal notes.

Hazy and blonde. Well, I smell the timut pepper and mustard seed. Sort of a dry, peppery note, dusty yeast, and a touch of crackery malts. So veering in the direction of a traditional saison, without the subtlety or style as what you’d want from the style.
