Crackshot is double hopped using a Boadicea hop with a late addition of English Challenger to give a dry crisp hoppy taste. A delicious pale bitter and an all-round drinkers pint that goes down easy with grassy, citrus and grapefruit aromas.

Flaske 500ml fra Kjeller 5. Veldig lys gylden. Høyt kremaktig, luftig skum. God maltaroma. Smaken lett fruktig med hint av malt. Balansert. Lett tørr avslutning. Uklar siste kvelling & masse bunnfall.

500ml bottle bought at Kjeller 5. A rocky, pearl white head over a clear, warm golden body. Crocheted lacing. Mild citrus and brown malts on the nose. Some sappy orange to the taste buds, hints of earth and caramel. Short lived bitter endnotes. Rather thin bodied. Soft in the mouth. Okay with our Sunday dinner (Tromsø 13.11.2016).

A subtle pale ale brew as it is mild in character but still carries a fine taste and finish.

36th CAMRA Cotswold beer festival (July 2012) in the lovely 15th century Tithe Barn was the setting for my tasting of this beer. Gravity poured pint: pale amber, almost golden in appearance, on top a thin covering of white foam. The aromas were of gentle hops and summer fruits; the taste however was malty and although there was a dry hop semi-bitter finish, it came across as a fine blend and a good, interesting brew.

Bottled@chriso. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, mild nectar and some slight earthyness. Flavour is caramel, fruity, mild ripe fruits and some rather sweet nectary notes. Slight bitterness in the finish as well. Tasty.

On Gravity at the Reading Beer Festival, 01/05/09. Amber with a frothy, off-white head. Fruity, slightly sweet aroma. Flavour had more malt sweetness, plus an unpleasant, slightly vinegary edge which really dragged my overall impression down, to the point that it was my least favourite beer of the festival. Not a good start.
