From old notes. From tap at Copenhagen Olfestival 2012. Black color with beige head. Roasted malty aroma, caramel, chocolate. Sweet and bitter taste, light chocolate and caramel again. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Draught @ [ Olfestival Kobenhavn 2012 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear dark black colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, vanilla, orange - citrus notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120510]

Draft @ DØE BeerFest 2012. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma with weak hints of orange. Roasted malty sweetish chocolate and orange flavor with weak yeasty hints. Has a roasted malty chocolate finish.

DØE. Black with a dark brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, cocoa and vanilla. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and roasted moderate bitter finish. 100512

Sample @ DØE Øl Festival 2012. Black with medium brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, liquorice and caramel. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, fruit, coffee, caramel, medium sweet, hops and a little bitter.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2012. Pours black with a creamy beige head and lacings. Vague roast and chocolate. Mild metal and acidic malt. Medium bodied.

From tap. Pours pitch black with a small chocolate brown head. Aroma is dark malty and roasted. Solid chocolate. Tick malty, chocolate bitter and light fruity yeasty. Bitter and dark roasted malty finish.

On tap at Ølfestival 2012. Black with a small tan head. Quite a lot of chocolate both in the aroma and taste. Also notes of licorice and some yeast. An ok beer.

Mild chocolate aroma. Black colour. Big stable dark brown head. The flavour has a distinct and good chocolate note. Medium bitterness. A little hop bite in the finish.

On tap. Pours a pitch black with a small beige head. Sweet licorice nose, a little yeasty. Medium body, sweet licorice and cocoa powder and what appears sort of a Belgian yeast. Roasty finish. Pleasant. 100510
