Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Clear, golden colour, no head. Sweet, earthy aroma of apples, apple juice, acidic notes. Taste is light sweet. Medium body, no carbonation. Finishes dry with tart apples.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear golden with a tiny, rough white head. Thick, cleab apple aroma with a little alcohol coming through. Medium body, completely flat. Clean apple juice notes with only slightly noticable alcohol. Very easy drinking though. 130913

No head, and no carbonation like it should have. Aroma is slightly concentrated, lots of lovely aroma apples, caramel, hints of hay and grass. Taste is slightly dry and watery, fresh aroma apples, grass, apple skin, hay, caramel, hints of alcohol. A little boring taste compared to aroma, very thin body. Not bad, very easy drinking.

Bottle 750ml. @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG12, Ulfborg.Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, apple skin, dry apples, wood, sweet apples - fruit, celery. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120818]
