Pale gold with a small white head. Dryish, musty and phenolic with ginger and apple flesh. Medium finish and body.

On tap at NC Cider Fest. Pale gold, spirited, filtered brew. Earthy, softly soapy, bit spent. Floral, prickly ginger. Bitter sharp apples, juicy kinda sweet ginger, sorta juicy, soda acid. Good-ish.

Ginger aroma. Taste is very tart and gingery. So tart it’s almost sour, reminds me of ginger beer.

Odd corned beef smell. Very pale gold, slight haze. Meaty apple. Light body, moderate carbonation. I'm not sure what is going on, but there wasn't any ginger. Potted meat, maybe.
